Purchase, Refunds and Support

1. Digital Product Nature

WASP Flight Center is distributed as a digital software product and related digital content. No physical goods are shipped. Product access, downloads, updates, and licensing may be delivered electronically either directly or through an authorized third-party marketplace.

2. External Marketplace Sales

Some purchases of WASP Flight Center may be completed through third-party marketplaces, distributors, or payment platforms, including platforms such as SimMarket.

Where a purchase is completed through such an external platform, the commercial terms of checkout, billing, VAT handling, payment processing, download fulfillment, refund handling, and order administration may be governed in whole or in part by that platform's own terms, policies, and checkout flow.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable marketplace terms before completing a purchase.

3. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

WASP Flight Center is intended to be sold as digital content delivered electronically. For purchases completed through external marketplaces, refund availability, withdrawal rights handling, and exceptions may depend on the terms of the platform through which the order is completed.

Certain marketplaces for flight simulation add-ons may operate under a no-refund model for digital downloads, subject to their own stated exceptions and procedures.

Where applicable law allows the loss or limitation of a withdrawal right for digital content supplied electronically after performance has begun, this may be handled during the checkout process by the relevant seller or marketplace.

Nothing on this page is intended to reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law governing the transaction. Where mandatory law grants rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected.

4. Cases Commonly Handled Separately

Even where a digital download is generally sold on a final-sale basis, issues such as the following may still require individual review by the seller or marketplace:

  • duplicate purchase,
  • billing error,
  • failure of delivery caused by order processing issues,
  • material mismatch between the product and its published description,
  • serious technical defect preventing basic intended use.

The existence, scope, and resolution path for such cases depend on the actual seller, the platform used for the transaction, the technical facts of the case, and the applicable law.

5. Product Description, Features, and Planned Functionality

Only features expressly described as currently available at the time of purchase should be treated as part of the product offering.

References to roadmap items, planned improvements, future modules, experimental systems, or possible future integrations are informational only and do not constitute a binding obligation to deliver any specific feature within a particular time frame.

6. Technical Requirements and Compatibility

WASP Flight Center is a Windows desktop application designed to work with Microsoft Flight Simulator and intended for systems that provide sufficient performance for flight data analysis, telemetry processing, visual report rendering, and map-based analytical features.

Supported Operating Systems

  • Windows 10
  • Windows 11

Support is not provided for macOS, Linux, environments using Wine, Proton, or other compatibility layers, or unofficially modified runtime environments unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Supported Simulator Environment

WASP Flight Center is primarily tested with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, and this should be treated as the main target environment.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 has been checked on a limited basis and may work correctly, but full compatibility across all configurations, use cases, and third-party add-ons is not currently guaranteed.

  • SimConnect-compatible environment
  • Internet connection for account-based and online features
  • User account for selected online functions

Some features may depend on third-party services or platforms. Their availability, behavior, and compatibility may change independently of WASP Flight Center.

  • RAM: 16 GB
  • Storage: SSD
  • Graphics hardware capable of stable operation with Microsoft Flight Simulator and Windows-accelerated graphical components
  • Display: Full HD (1920 × 1080) or higher

WASP Flight Center is not intended for very low-end computers. Due to the nature of the application, including telemetry frame processing, local data storage, visual report rendering, and map-based analysis, systems below this level may result in slow loading, reduced responsiveness, longer processing times, and degraded performance of visual features.

  • CPU: 6 cores / 12 threads or better
  • RAM: 32 GB
  • Storage: NVMe SSD
  • Graphics hardware suitable for smooth operation with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024
  • Stable internet connection for online features

Performance Notes

Performance depends not only on the application itself, but also on the size of recorded flight data, the number of telemetry frames stored for a given flight, simulator configuration, active third-party add-ons, local machine performance, driver quality, operating system configuration, and dependent external services.

Very large telemetry recordings or heavily expanded simulator environments may increase memory usage, extend analysis times, and reduce interface responsiveness, especially on weaker systems.

Compatibility Limitations

Compatibility is not guaranteed for unofficial or modified environments, conflicts with third-party add-ons, future simulator updates, changes in external services, or configurations that do not meet the stated minimum operational requirements.

Before purchase, you should review the current product page for supported simulator versions, dependencies, feature scope, and known limitations.

7. Updates and Product Evolution

WASP Flight Center may receive updates, balancing changes, bug fixes, compatibility changes, economy adjustments, UI changes, or service-side modifications over time.

We reserve the right to modify non-essential aspects of the product where necessary for maintenance, security, technical integrity, anti-cheat protection, infrastructure stability, or product evolution.

As the product evolves, new features are introduced, or external simulator and service environments change, technical requirements and compatibility scope may also change.

8. Support Scope

Technical support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis for legitimate product issues related to installation, activation, account access, core functionality, and reproducible defects.

Support may require that you provide:

  • purchase information,
  • product version,
  • simulator version,
  • operating system details,
  • logs, screenshots, or reproduction steps,
  • information about relevant third-party add-ons or tools.

Initial responses are typically provided within 2 to 5 business days. Resolution times depend on issue complexity, reproducibility, simulator environment, third-party dependencies, and the technical facts of the case.

Support does not guarantee a specific fix time, feature implementation, custom engineering, adaptation to unsupported environments, or immediate resolution.

9. Unsupported Cases

Support may be refused or limited where issues result from, among other things:

  • unauthorized copies or piracy,
  • tampering with binaries, API traffic, progression systems, or local data,
  • use in unsupported or heavily modified environments,
  • conflicts caused by third-party tools outside our control,
  • failure to meet clearly stated technical requirements,
  • requests for custom development or product modifications on demand.
