Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WASP Flight Center application, website, and related services, you accept these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them.
2. Digital Product and Service Nature
WASP Flight Center is a software product and related digital service ecosystem. Certain components may be distributed digitally, updated electronically, or accessed through account-based online functionality.
Certain purchases, distribution flows, or access mechanisms may be handled directly or through third-party marketplaces, resellers, distributors, or payment processors.
WASP Flight Center is intended only for personal computer flight simulation use. It is not intended for real-world navigation, flight school training, military or professional training, logging real-world pilot hours, or research projects.
3. Virtual Economy and WASP Coins
WASP Coins and any other virtual currencies, rewards, balances, or assets within the WASP Flight Center ecosystem have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, sold, redeemed, or withdrawn for fiat currency or any other monetary equivalent.
We reserve the right to modify the virtual economy, progression balancing, reward values, penalty values, system balances, and related gameplay logic at any time where reasonably necessary to maintain fair, consistent, and technically sustainable product operation.
4. Local-First Architecture and Responsibility for Local Data
Due to the local-firstarchitecture of WASP Flight Center, a substantial portion of flight telemetry, recordings, logs, analytical data, and locally stored operational information may be stored on the user's device.
You are solely responsible for the integrity, retention, and backup of your locally stored data. WASP Flight Center is not liable for the loss of local data resulting from, including but not limited to, hardware failure, operating system damage, application uninstallation, user environment issues, manual deletion, storage corruption, or problems affecting the local database or application files.
5. Fair Play and Anti-Cheat
WASP Flight Center relies on data obtained from Microsoft Flight Simulator through SimConnect, together with internal validation mechanisms for progression, scoring, economy, and related systems.
Any attempt to manipulate telemetry, interfere with API communication, bypass progression logic, alter economy-related data, tamper with local or remote data flows, or use third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage may result in administrative action. Such action may include restriction of account functionality, removal from leaderboards, invalidation of results, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
6. Third-Party Services and Dependencies
Certain features of WASP Flight Center depend on third-party platforms, services, or integrations, including, among others, Microsoft Flight Simulator, SimBrief, and Mapbox.
The availability, behavior, and accuracy of such integrations may change independently of WASP Flight Center and may depend on simulator version, scenery configuration, user account status, internet connectivity, licensing state, or changes introduced by the relevant third-party provider.
WASP Flight Center does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature continuity, or unchanged behavior of functionality that relies on third-party services.
SimBrief integration is currently operated with provider-approval pending and may be restricted, modified, or removed if required by third-party licensing or policy terms.
Microsoft Flight Simulator, SimBrief, Navigraph, Mapbox, and other third-party names are trademarks or service marks of their respective owners. WASP Flight Center is an independent application and is not presented as an official product of, or as endorsed by, those third-party providers unless expressly stated by the relevant provider.
7. Reference Data and Analytical Features
Certain analytical features, including runway reference data, airport geometry, touchdown visualization, runway touchdown analysis, and related airport or environment reference layers, may rely on external or open-source datasets.
The accuracy, completeness, and consistency of such data may vary between airports, simulator environments, scenery configurations, and source datasets.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, such data and features are provided for informational purposes only and do not solely determine the final landing grade or any final gameplay outcome.
8. Product Descriptions and Planned Features
Only functionality expressly described as currently available at the relevant time forms part of the present product offering.
References to roadmap items, planned modules, future updates, experimental systems, or possible future integrations are informational only and do not create a binding obligation to deliver any specific feature within a defined timeframe, or at all.
9. Compatibility and User Environment
Product behavior and performance may depend on simulator version, operating system, installed dependencies, hardware performance, local data volume, third-party add-ons, account state, internet connectivity, and the overall software environment of the user.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, compatibility is not guaranteed for unsupported simulator versions, unofficial builds, modified environments, virtualized runtime layers, or conflicts caused by third-party software, add-ons, or tools outside our control.
Users are responsible for reviewing the currently published system requirements, compatibility notes, and known limitations before purchase and use.
10. Support and Requests
User support, issue reports, and product feedback may be handled through the WASP web portal, Pilot Office, or through the published support contact channel.
The availability of a reporting or contact channel does not guarantee implementation of a requested feature, correction of reference data, support for unsupported configurations, or completion of any request within a specific time frame.
Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may require sufficient technical information to investigate the reported issue.
11. Purchases Through Third Parties
Where WASP Flight Center is purchased through a third-party marketplace, reseller, or distributor, parts of the commercial relationship, including checkout, invoicing, VAT handling, payment processing, delivery mechanics, order administration, and refund handling, may be governed by that third party's terms and policies.
You should review the applicable marketplace or reseller terms before completing any transaction.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WASP Flight Center shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or comparable losses arising out of or related to the use of the product, including loss of local data, loss of access caused by third-party services, compatibility issues resulting from unsupported environments, or interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by mandatory law.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time where reasonably necessary to reflect product development, legal requirements, operational changes, security needs, or changes to third-party dependencies.
The current version published on the website should be treated as the governing version unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
